Recently I met up with Marcus Lovitt and Christopher Pellegrini of Japan Eats at Espresso Americano to record a special Tokyo cafe themed episode of their Tokyo Eats podcast.
We had a great conversation about cafe culture in Japan, living and working in Tokyo and shared some amusing stories about some of the bizarre theme cafes we’ve been to.
Had a lot of fun chatting with these guys which really comes through in the final edit of the episode which has a very casual feel while managing to hit all the conversation points we were aiming for.
